Privacy Policy

ISP (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") complies with the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection」, the 「Personal Information Protection Act」,
and related privacy regulations and guidelines to protect users' personal information.
Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs users of how their personal information is used, for what purposes, and what measures are taken to protect it.
1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use changes, prior consent will be obtained.

2. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information only within the period permitted by law or agreed upon at the time of collection, and promptly destroys it after the purpose of use has been achieved.
Personal information is retained for 1 year as a reference for consultation records. However, if retention is required by other laws, the information may not be destroyed but preserved.

3. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects may request to view, correct, or withdraw consent for their registered personal information at any time. If you contact the Company’s personal information management department in writing, by phone, or via email, we will take action without delay.
If a data subject requests correction of an error in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction is completed.

Deleted or terminated personal information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not be accessed or used for other purposes.

The Company takes the following measures to ensure personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged.

  • Establishes and implements internal management plans for safe handling of personal information.
  • Provides at least one annual training session to staff handling personal information.
  • Limits access to personal information to the minimum number of personnel required.

Technical Measures
  • Installs security programs to prevent leakage or damage caused by hacking or computer viruses, and responds to external intrusions.
  • Personal information and passwords are encrypted when stored and managed, and secured with additional security features during transmission.

Physical Measures
  • Restricts access to computer rooms, data storage rooms, and other secured areas.
8. Handling of Employees’ Personal Information

The provisions of this Privacy Policy also apply to the handling of employee personal information.

The Company appoints a Personal Information Protection Officer responsible for overall management of personal information, handling complaints, and providing remedies for users.

This Privacy Policy is effective from August 24, 2022. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to legal or policy changes will be notified in advance via the website’s announcements.
